The Redlands Coast Eagles are soaring to new heights, and today, we are beyond excited to introduce the inaugural players of the Eagles Academy!
This marks a huge milestone for our club as we build a high-performance pathway for the next generation of netball stars in the Redlands.
A New Era Begins
The Eagles Academy is designed to develop and nurture emerging talent, giving young athletes the skills, experience, and support they need to take flight in their netball careers. With a focus on elite coaching, strength and conditioning, and game development, this program will shape future Eagles ready to compete at the highest levels.
Leadership from One of the Best
Guiding our Academy in its first season is none other than former Diamonds Vice-Captain and Firebirds legend, Gabi Simpson. With her wealth of experience on the national and international stage, Gabi brings an elite mindset, a passion for player development, and invaluable insights to our squad.
"This Academy is about more than just skills and drills—it’s about building resilient, high-performing, courageous athletes who will one day represent the Eagles in the Premier League and beyond," Gabi said. "I'm so excited to be working with such a talented group in our very first year."
